MY SECOND DAY OF GROWING IN UNITY

I made this card for several challenges (drama class, algebra class, art class) in Simply Scrapping Crafts' Back to School Crop.  Of course, I used Unity stamps on this card.  I embossed the hunter green background with a Cuttlebug embossing folder.  I cut some narrow strips of Basic Grey paper to use as accents.  I also used some hunter green gingham check ribbon as accents as well.  I used some old (but some of my favorite) 7 Gypsies paper to make a flower using Tim Holtz alterations die.  I curled the petals of the flower using a pen.  The button center is from Basic Grey.  I used several different colors of distress inks to color the shipping tag and then stamped my Unity sentiment with pine needle distress ink and adhered the gingham ribbon to it using my Tiny Attacher.

Thank you for visiting today and don't forget to comment for a chance to win some Unity goodness at the end of my Growing in Unity week.

another wonderful creation! Do you use a sketch or do you come up with your own design? You are doing a great job of utilizing many different products!
